As a CRM Campaign Manager at Raiffeisen bank, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing personalized marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and achieve business goals. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with various teams, and leverage the latest tools for campaign analytics and automation.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications etc.)
- Analyze customer data and segment audiences for personalized communication
- Monitor campaign performance through key KPIs and optimize strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Prepare performance reports and propose actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, IT) and external partners
Requirements:
- Preferably a 3+ years of experience in managing CRM campaigns, desirably in the financial sector
- Experience with campaign management and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAS, SQL, Power BI) will be considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) will be considered as a plus
